I highly doubt it. its more likely that the patreons, why have all the pages at the beginning of every month can look at the progress and they can then say: “hey, could you like move a bit more in that direction?” But looking at the patreon rewards, its more likely that they can just have their character implemented in the comic and thats all. The scrpit is probably written far(2/3 months) ahead. Changing something, even something small, might be a change that will have significant result in later writting(I know I just described the butterfly effect, but hey, let me over explain things).
It is also possible that the creators dont even look at the comments on the pages released here.

What the lovely folks in the $20 tier and above will receive is a brief, setting-focused *prototype* of a cyberpunk-y story we’ve been excited to work on that will expand the setting outside the suburban wasteland of Pierce Me into something a little bit different. It will start to cover more of the world that we haven’t really got to see and we’re actually really keen to move forward with it.
