What if Javier and James never stopped meeting and that’s why Javier knows James’s favourite drink and that’s why James is not that surprised by him? That would be a nice plot twist.
Is James supposed to have cheated on Kenzie with Javier? I only ask because there was nothing in the prologue to indicate they were dating yet, and there’s a four year gap between that and the current story.

First I read somewhere that the intro/prologue don’t have anything to do with the rest of the story. I took it as it just was a pilot-episode-sort of deal and the canon story is what follows that. But now…James and Javier KNOWS eachother or…? What is happening, to be honest I do have a hard time following the red line of the story…

It didnt say it didnt happen, just some stuff wasnt going to be the same, likely the designs and such and they likely changed there minds
